Course Information

In this mini course you will learn about the different positions in Roman society, from senators (at the top) to slaves (at the bottom).


How did these people interact? Why might somebody be freed by their master? And was being a slave really so bad? 


We will look at ancient tombs to learn about a famous freedwoman from Pompeii and exam-style questions to prepare for the OCR Classical Civilisation GCSE.
